Finish all coin production prize

I have won a "Finish all coin production prize" which instantly completes all times for coin producing buildings.
There is a note that it does not work on special buildings and GBs.
GBs I understand, but could someone clarify what are classed as "special buildings"?
Do Shrines, Lord's Manor and Cider Mills count as "special buildings" in this scenario?

Yes they are classified as Special Buildings although the Cider Mill is a production building unless you're talking about one of the upgraded versions.
