New Bug: Ferris Wheel graphics issue?

In one of my cities my ferris wheel lvl9 stopped appearing blue and stopped moving and became a gold colour. Told to delete cookies and cache no different. Also noticed another players wheel was the same and when they viewed they saw gold too so not my browser. In a totally different world today a potential friend has a wheel with same issue so not world related. Is this known? can it be fixed? cheers (checked search no reference to Ferris wheels)

My Ferris wheel used to spin clockwise now it spins anticlockwise since the update

One of the characters standing waiting on my Ferris wheel boarded and fell off at the top. Then a tiger from the tigers den dragged the corpse to the mountain top and ate it. Not true but I thought I would add some gore to this thread. Still working just fine here.

It appears that all animations have gone missing. No animals, no citizens and no animated buildings. Even though city-animations is set to ON. (= Not ticked)

Edit : My Ferris-wheel is still blue though...
