Fall Event - Cannot get rid of Blue arrow

I only opened one basket and the blue arrow was gone, even after relog.

I have heard that from another player or two...and actually it worked like that on a different server for me (a US server) rather than the EN server. Just takes up so much of the screen and I want the arrow gone and to save the apples for when there are the daily or special items I want. and not have to fight the collections every 1 or 4 hours (or 8 hours overnight).
