Not a Bug: Fall Event 2016 - "Scout a province" AA

Hello, Sorry don´t know where else to post this.

This is not exactly a bug - But I am at the end of the Tech Tree and have scouted all the Provinces in Arctic.

Still I get a "Scout a Province" quest from the current Fall Event - Which by logic is not possible to solve, since there is no more provinces to scout at this stage of my progress.
