I suggest to put one more check box on trading panel: ''show only fair offers'' instead ''show only neibourghood offers''. Or keep both. It will spped up search. Many players put unfair offers mixed with fair ones

No such thing as an unfair trade offer. If you don't like it don't take it. .moaning on the internet won't change this. We have discussed this before, check out the search function.
