Proposal:
Make the buff area less cramped. There is no reason to show only 4 buffs at the time if the viewport allows at least 3 times more.

Have you checked the forums for the same or similar idea
Yes, tried my best with the keywords

Reason:
Sometimes it's easy too miss the fact that we still have some fights remaining for the Spoils of War.
We may not realize we still have one double collection left from the Blue Galaxy.
Plenty other things can go by unnoticed, unless first we scroll the buff area manually.
Especially if we get one or two SPECIAL OFFERS that push all other buffs down.

Details:
The buff area does not seem to require a rework.
Simply a toggle can be added to increase the length of the buff bar vertically, for example to, say 80% viewport height?
You decide how much, but let us see more than 4 at a time.

It is safe to say the FoE was made right before the "Responsive and (Adaptive)" change on digital platforms really took off – many areas in the FoE UI still bears this older style of more rigid and fixed size design methology. I am sure that Inno also got slowed down by the fact they needed to change from Flash to HMTL5.

This suggestion is also one of those small but slightly annoying parts missing adaptability. a +1 from me.

In fact nearly all windows from all kind of Pop Ups, Events History, Goods, Units, Guild Forums, Guild Threads etc. have different fixed sizes.
At least a rather huge chunk of those holding more informations could certainly benefit from some design revisions – that said different size windows also have the fuction for the user to easier seperate them from eachother (subconsciousness).

The App and Desktop versions are two very seperate platforms – request for improvements on either should also be treated that way - One does not exclude the other and vice versa.

On Note - Other newer games that was exclusively developed for Mobile have equally struggled to make these work as well on Desktop versions.

Responsiveness and Adpatability is certainly not always an easy task, especially when it is not intentionally developed for it from the gorund up which FoE was not.
