This occurs in android app current version as of date of report
Steps:
1. Click build
2. Click on blank expansion area on map to open purchase expansion dialog.
3. Click '?' Tooltip on victory expansion section
Expected: should show number of medals held
Actual: shows no information, only spurious arrow
1. Click to add diamond expansion - the wrong price is shown, already used that cheaper one so price should be higher
2. App crashes throws error message and returns to login screen.
3. Next time return to expansion screen amount is higher this time, but still not accurate
