Is there a way to bulk delete Fragments? Have lots of things I don't need/want and deleting large numbers one frag at a time takes a lot of time and clicks.

Either delete one at a time, or gather enough to create what the fragments are for - or do nothing. Those are your 3 choices.

When you do combine the fragments into a kit or building, sell it in the Antiques Dealer. You might gain quite a few gems when you do. With the new combine button, it's so easy to get your frags compressed into their subject matter. But it doesn't hurt to keep them either. You never know when Inno will pick one of the older buildings for a Silver, Gold, or Ascended upgrade.
