Dead Roses

I just completed a quest but didnt get my 5 roses,i had 7 befpre i completed the quest and 7 after, ive spent the 7 to see if the 5 would add then i refreshed the browser they didnt show and i logged out and back in and they didnt show

Im in Mt Kilmore
I have a laptop wth windows 10
