Not a Bug: Daily quest and what's in the city

Daily quest says to build Titan goods synthesizer but I have 2 already built. Is that a bug or I should bulid another one?

Not a bug. The quest says "Build", not "Have", so it requires you to buiild a new one, doesn't matter how many you already have.

P.S.: That's a Story Quest, not a Daily one.
