Previously in the Cultural Settlements Diamond Expansions were on top and regular expansions below, letting the player see all four possible options for the cost. Following today's update this is no longer the case:
As you can see Diamond Expansions are now on the bottom and thus cover some of the possible costs. Yes, there is another way to see those costs. Doesn't change the fact that this seems like a bug, as no such change was announced in the change log.
For comparison, in the Quantum Settlement the Quantum Expansions are still on the top and regular ones below them, so you can still see all five options.
