Costs analysis of buildings page?

Is there a page that's up to date that shows the best cost per square? I usually decide the cost analysis per square is the best way to determine the cost effectiveness to production output is the best way to determine a buildings true worth. Is there a page that breaks this information down? I have searched and found nothing.
