Connecting PC game to mobile

Hi all,

I have been playing the game for a long time now and i'm having a bit of trouble with it.
I recently started playing from new after deleting my old account, this time i registered to play trough facebook but i cant seem to connect my EN server game to my mobile, each time i try to connect via facebook it starts a new game. It is fine however on the US server where i can play the same account on both platforms.
I tried uninstalling FoE on my mobile but that made no difference.

Any help would be appreciated :)

Contact support is best bet, and don't use facebook. When you sign up to play via facebook your account get's linked to your facebook account.
The problem with this is your not given a password so you can't login directly to the game and the e-mail address associated with the game is setup as a facebook e-mail. so You think hey i don't want to use facebook and ta-da your stuck cos facebook sucks and you can't get a password reset. If however you contact support with the player name of the account you want to use and the unique numbers found in the apps settings of your facebook account, they should be able to manually set you up to login directly and avoid the wicked world of Facebook.
