New Bug: collecting prizes from incidents and Guild Expedition not working

When i play Guild Expedition and solved a encounter and press on the chest i can collect, but after the next encounter by collecting a loading image shows up but nothing is collected.
When i refresh my browser and go back to Guild Expedition the chest is gone?
Something similair happens when i collect incidents around the city no screen pops up like nothing is collected but the incident is gone like it's collected.
