Cloud on Continent Map

Question...On the main continent map for the Progressive and Contempary Era's there are 2 area's that are still clouded over, which i believe are for the Tin and Asbestos, which means i can't get the full 10 in 8hrs...and it won't allow me to clear the cloud.....I've cleared everything i had to on the map...but those 2 areas did not come up to be cleared...how do i solve my problem ??
