City street dwellers, where do they all come from?

Hi there. I was wondering if anyone might have started to collate all people who frequent the city streets? I have a limited knowledge of them and was wondering which ones were associated with particular buildings.

I don't know the answer, I always thought they were just there to make the city look full :) They appear in the very beginning and more arrive as you build more roads.

Most people on the streets are just regular people. There are some special characters that come from the Historical Questlines. You can look those up on the Wiki.
