Forwarded: Cherry Garden set upgrades not able to add to new cherry garden

I won the cherry garden upgrades and held them until I had a complete cherry garden set which is now up but I am unable to upgrade any part of the set, the message server not available comes up and the game crashes every time I try.

Can you confirm whether you are playing on the App or the browser version, please?
