I'm getting the same with Firefox. Haven't been able to log in all day in any world including Beta. It gets to around 51% then goes back to login screen. Had it yesterday for half the day on Beta and now it's spread to all worlds.
Cleared Cache
Forced full refresh
Cleared DNS cache
Still no joy

Over 24 hrs later I still can't log into the game. On Arvahall and Houndsmoor it gets to around 50% and then returns to logon screen. On Dunsuround it is now just going to the blue screen.

Have you changed the server your game assets are on? If so then this may be due to your upstream DNS having a stale cache and you need to force it to update. See:
