Duplicate: Can't log in for support ticket

I want to submit a support ticket for a problem I am facing in the game. On the support ticket log in page, it says to enter my game username and password which I do correctly but it says my password is wrong but that's not possible because I've been logging into the game with the same password for weeks now. What to do?

Yes there seems to be a problem with the login page to the customer support. You could try instead to file a ticket from in-game. Just go to your game (city) screen and right click then select support. You should be able to proceed from there.
