Can't Invite Member to Guild

I am trying to invite my buddy to our guild. He has been playing for a couple of days now yet when I go to invite him it says his user name, Glass534 does not exist, but it absolutely does. Is this a common problem? Is there an admin that will help me?

You cannot invite a member in a different world. If that is not the case, try finding him with your (search feature in the) "World Rank" function, and you sure be able to invite him with the third button you see next to his (and all other players) names.

I have another problem, when i click on a players' name on my friends listthe invite to group option is gray, thefore it's unavailable. Why is that? I'm the founder

already 80 members

open invites also counts to that number:
so 40 members and 40 invites = guild is full

I don't think that can be strictly the case, because we had one vacancy but multiple invitations open. When someone who had not been invited actually applied, then all the open invitations vanished...
