Cannot access message thread or manufacture goods

I cannot access my messages in some of the worlds (L (Langendorn), P (Parkog) and R (Rugnir)) and also not manufacture more than the minimum goods. The requirement is "Research Thatched Houses in the Tech Tree to open the functions.

I founded it in Bronze age. I did unlock it. And still cannot use msgs. And can't do anything.
