Can only type one line of message in support system

I don't know what has changed, but when trying to submit a report ticket via the app I can only enter one line of text into the message window - because FoE only works in landscape orientation the onscreen keyboard is occupying half the screen to start off with, and once I've entered the top few fields the window for the actual report doesn't scroll down to allow me access to anything I type below the top line (all subsequent lines being concealed by the keyboard). I can type, but I can't see what comes out; I'm not that good at typing blind on a touchscreen!

I've submitted reports before and never had this problem. Is it part of the general changes to the scale of everything in the app?

And I can only submit about three lines of subsequent reply text before the screen is blocked - PLEASE can these windows scroll?
It's bad enough typing into a tiny letterbox here on the forums, but at least it scrolls up when you've filled a line...

Please could you confirm if you are still having issues? I have tried to replicate but have been unable to do so.
