Buildings not placing properly. Internal error message showing.

Hi, I recently sold a dye works and placed a marble works in its place, it went green so all good, then I had a message saying an internal error had occurred. When I refreshed the game and restarted the computer, there was a gap in the village where the marble works should have been and no dye works were showing, the supplies were showing 15. This was on internet explorer, and Arvahall world. I was meant to get back 520 supplies for the dye works, which I never got.
