New Bug: Bug in Titan

I have completed all wolds up to Titan. When I try to access a new world, the game tells me there is an unconquored sector somewhere.
I see no unconquored sectors.

I just had an actual bug. In my Aztec settlement, I found a Shard from my Flying Island; and upon collecting instead of getting Titan goods I still got Jupiter Moon goods. So this needs to be fixed as the only real reason for Flying Island is to pick up bonuses along the way.

You can get previous era goods in shards, it is one of the rewards.
