Yeah, it works with HTML5 version, but much slower than with Flash one.

They are 3rd party browser you can get for mobile to play Forge of Empire's that players can suggest, but I must warn you as they are 3rd party and if they any issue with them, it is not always InnoGames fault, they can be issue due to that the browser does not support Forge of Empire.
