is Blue Galaxy Bugged?

Win10, Chrome.

I just activated Blue Galaxy twice, as it levelled, giving me 28 collections with a 66% chance of them being doubled and not one of them was doubled.

Refreshed browser after first 6 collections - still nothing doubled.

I looked at the FPs available from the building and the floating numbers as I collected (Collection was not doubled) and looked for the '2x' text that can appear - nothing.

Or am I just very very unlucky today?
