Blacksmith build time

I just put in a blacksmith and the build time is stuck at 19:32. I didnt do anything special, just placed it, it started counting down, and now its stuck.

I didnt try all of them, but i tried a few. All other timers were working properly, including other buildings that were under cunstruction at the same time.
