Yes - invest in other players Great Buildings - and if you invest enough, you will receive Forge Point Packages - which in essence are 'banked' forge points that you can use later on. The 10 max limit on your top middle bar is not bankable - once you reach your limit, you will not get any more (hourly FP) until you spend some of the 10.

Contribute to Great Buildings - spending comes first from your FP bar but returns come in packs; it helps if you have a level 80 Arc so you can breakeven on contributions. I do not know of any other way.
