New Bug: Aviary and Santa Workshop not in production carousel

The Aviary and Santa Workshop used to be in the same carousel as confectionary and other special production buildings. They now don't seem to be linked.

Confectionary is a building that only produces supplies, so is now in a carousel with other supply buildings. Aviary and Workshop hvae mixed productions, so are in another carousel.

I found this odd too when I first say it yesterday, but I suppose it makes sense. My Cider Mill is now with the supply Production Building groupings, but my Blooming and Flourish cider mills are in the other grouping.
