  • Overview of the bug: Does anybody know why my available poplulation would vary by 340 (1393-1053), when nothing is being built or or removed in my city? Heck, it changes while i am away sometime and it jumps between those 2 numbers from 1053 to 1393 and then back down again for no apparant reason.
