Unformatted: Auto-Battle Wave & Hold Wave

Having the above two extra buttons/options in the battle screen would help. Eg. If you had 1 Troop and 7 Rogues, and the first time it is the Rogues turn, and the opposition is not within striking distance, you could use Hold Wave and the Rogues remain where they are. And when they are within striking distance of the Rogues you could use Auto-Battle Wave for the Rogues to attack.
In this scenario the Auto-Battle Wave would also be useful as opposed to Finish Battle Automatically when fighting a 2-Wave Battle, as you want to keep your Troop for the second Battle.
And it would save a lot of work in holding back waves...

[I'm in INA and it would help a lot - but I am unsure if Hold Wave would be useful in later Ages]

Ideas need to be posted in a mandatory format. Yours isn't to start with.

When formatted, they can not be on the Do Not Suggest List.

Also they should not have been proposed before.

Read how you should propose an idea

https://forum.en.forgeofempires.com/index.php?threads/how-the-ideas-section-works.43102/

Make sure it is not on the Do Not Suggest List

https://forum.en.forgeofempires.com/index.php?threads/do-not-suggest.37648/

And use the forum search function to see if your idea is as new as you think it is

https://forum.en.forgeofempires.com/index.php?search/

If you have checked if your idea meets all requirements you can propose it again.

Good luck!
