Unformatted: Attrition gain on GvG and no 100% free fights on GbG

There was proposal at big attrition gain at GbG, how about only small attrition gain on GbG (even with 100%+SC support) and on GvG so its not mindless clicking anymore, so that all those new attack building is actually worth something
