Attack neighborhood, once Won why only options is to plunder

Dear All,

Once i attacked and i won i used to have an option to get back to my City. bypassing the plunder in case i was not interested in that part.
Say i have to do 30 fights and want to quickly do these fights without having to wait 5 -10 seconds for the oponent city to load up for me to exit his city.

It used to work?. anyone has same issue or a solution ?

I agree plundering can have its advantage.
but we all play differently. I really hope Dev sees that they should provide an opt out option to render the visit not mandatory...
gameplay is afftected
