Many places have made laws to force teachers to work, taken away rights and declare them essential services. And at same time lower pay, increase work and increase class size. And then have the gall to use child's falling scores to further punish teachers. We are so important you can't do with out us but not so important that you would actually pay what we are worth? Or even insure we can do the job. It my mind boggles.
