I have rogue barracks in all my other world cities, I found that no one really gets on with them apart from putting them in defence. My advice to my guild is never use them with siege weapons like catapults, cannons etc... because if you get a rogue mid field with siege weapons on your team and then you get hit, you could be stuck with a catapult midfield which pretty much = cannon fodder! which sucks cause its 24hrs to respawn :O
I use them with ground units second line as the AI doesn't seem to target them. then once half way up the field swing them to the front for a crunching 100 hit strike!
I think they're great, but the definitely require thought!
