Can you post Videos here or is it not allowed? I'll not post any just in case. Anyway, someone posted a video on beta forum that is about arctic era and is rather funny, well worth the watch. Check better forum post "some stuff" , or just search youtube "EXCLUSIVE FOE STAFF INTERVIEW NEVER SEEN" and you will see it.

Just unlocked the Arctic Harbour on one of my cities! Can someone tell me if there's an obvious way to tell the experience levels of crew members that have already done 1 or more trips?
Also, if I don't like the crew options, will they change/remix after a set period of time, e.g. 24 hours, or will they remain the same until I make a trip?

There is a little progress bar just below the portrait of each crew member. The current level status of each member is written within that bar. You can easily see the level and how much progress towards the next level each member is.
They remain until you change them (at a diamond cost) or after you make a trip.

The forum image tags work fine, you're not linking to an image, but a page which hosts an image. To use image tags, you need to put the specific URL for the image between the tags. For you link:

https://prnt.sc/g3uihk

Is the URL to the hosted image.

https://image.prntscr.com/image/Cm65rU9KQjKaYMLcGp-sAw.png

Is the URL to the image itself (right click on the image, open Image in new tab).

e.g.
Code:
