Any way to tell one Soldier from another?

Several quests give you bonus troops. Since they aren't attached to a building, once they die, they are dead. Is there any way to distinguish these troops from like units you produced yourself, so you can avoid losing them as casualties?

I doubt it, just as you cannot tell which units are in which baracks currently.
The only way to tell is to sell the baracks you have, and the bonus units would be the ones not deleted. lol
