Implemented: Allow purchase of forge points while in the trade screen

This idea has been implemented so marking/moving accordingly.
  • You can now buy a Forge Point directly via the Trade Window. When you have no Forge Points and you click on an offer that requires one, the confirmation window will come up with a new 'Buy Forge Points' button, and clicking on that will bring up the standard window that lets you buy a Forge Point using coin, Diamonds, or you can even open a Forge Points Package.
