This would almost be my strategy if I started my city over again. The only thing I would also do is to try to trade goods for FPs to get my goods in a earlier age (probably Late Middle Ages) for Alcatraz, though that concept may be a bit more advanced.

What did you mean by the references to 'agents'? Is this an alternative translation for rogues?
Yes, I've heard rogues being called agents (and also "Legendary" Buildings rather than "Great" Buildings) by players from the Dutch server as well

sorry, my mistake. In German (and I am native German speaker) it is Agent, in the English game version it is rogue.
