Advancement on the Continent Map and RQs

I know this js another thread on topic of of advancement on Continent Map and it's effect on RQs.
In my guild, there is a player that is camping in IA. This guy reached CE on Continent Map and he says that his RQs slot hasn't been touched at all and that he keeps doing RQs completely normally, as before.
Now, I am in HMA, and I want to know. Can your current age maybe be a trigger for exchanging RQs slot with sideline quests when you sail to InA continent? Or it is same for all ages?

That would be because there are bonus quests in neither PE, ME, PME nor CE.
Bonus quests are:
  • EMA
  • LMA-CA
  • InA
Dark Uros is worried about the LMA-CA one that doesn'ttake any space since it opens its own queet slot which even stays after it's complete.
