Confirmed: [50826] Guild Expedition negotiation patterns not randomizing

After failing a negotiation in Guild Expedition, the pattern does not change:

This seems to be happening more often than not, both on browser and mobile, and on all 3 worlds (Langendorn, Brisgard, Houndsmoor) I've done negotiations on. I tried switching to a different world and completing a negotiation there between attempts, but the pattern still remained the same.
