Fixed: [39626] Incorrect Building Points

On Korch:
1. Build RogueHide - received 120 ranking points.
2. Re-test with same results - 120 ranking points.
Building points calculated as L*W*Building Type [Event]*Age [All Ages].
RogueHide should be 3*2*2*20 = 240.
It appears that the Event modifier is not being given (3*2*1*20 = 120).

Confirmed - for the Rogue Hideout, the 'event' modifier (*2) is not being applied when calculating the points (either that or the 'width' factor is set to 1 instead of 2, which seems unlikely).

We will forward this issue - thanks for reporting it :)
