SLightly unrelated to this bug, but - is there a level cap on GBs? 200 or something? Or can you theoretically keep going all the way to level 1000's?

there is no cap
so you can go for level 10000

The Arc needs 174367595 FP for level 500 and 40123468802496 for level 1000

Looks like after level 60 the Arc only increases the contribution rewards 0.5% per level. The PC browser version just rounds down the percentage while the Ipad shows the exact percentage.

Thank you for reporting this to us. The issue has been reported to the developers (FOE-31917). It is a visual-only error, as evident from the screenshots provided.
