  • Preventative Actions: none, change browsers
  • Summary: Using IE ver 9, after update 1.55 the vertical and horizontal scrollbar appear, these scrollbars cover the logout button and aid buttton. This is irregardless of the size of the window even large widows sizes brings the scrollbars. By changing browser mode to ie9, and document mode to ie8, I was able to get rid of the horizontal scrollbar.

I think the scrollbars are made by the browser and not the game. They appear when either your zoom state is too big (>100%) or your screen resolution is set wrongly.
I could be wrong, but I'll check those two things first...

Took a while to downgrade IE but it does show the scrollbars, yes. I have passed on the info to the devs (FOE-27161) but I'll wait to see what we hear before marking the thread as reported.

I would however suggest anyone using IE to at least upgrade to the latest IE11 version. The game is always worked on for the latest versions of all browsers.

This only started happening when I went to IE11. Tried everything I could think of but it doesn't seem possible to rectify.
