how about 1 button to make all your industries do the same thing

ie if you have 20 shoemakers instead of going into all 20 and setting to 1 hour go into 1 and tick a box and all would produce for 1 hour

it is done in other games

It's not "easy game", unless you consider setting your supplies time to be some sort of a skill.
They did add click and drag for collecting little while ago as opposed to clicking on every building. By your definition, that should be "easy game" as well and should have never happened
