    I don't think ALL new players behave in such a way. Not replying to messages, I mean. I can think of...maybe 10 players myself who would be more than happy to talk to their guild leader.

    Well, if Inno bans referral of other players as noobs, more or less half of FOE's players will be at least temporarily banned. If you look at it logically, such comments may be intended as constructive criticism. Also, all the high guilds require SOME gbs, which you ought to get for yourselves...
