I don't use it, but from the FoE reddit it seems it might just be a Chrome issue, Firefox works fine, a fix for Chrome is incoming apparently

I suppose in the case an encounter is failed more attempts would be required, e.g. try to fight it but fail so resort to negotiation or vice versa. But otherwise does seem like a filler reward

I don't think it's a bug. Besides generating additional victory points, the Advanced Guild Fortress generates 100% more victory points - in the case you highlighted, 150 plus another 150 equals 300.

You could try buying Enthusiasm from the Friends Tavern to see if that completes it

Quantum Coins are just like coins in your main city - they are used in your Quantum Settlement to buy buildings, goods, troops, decorations, and roads.

The replacement units seem to be unattached units. It'd be better if they prioritised attached units. Not that it affects me much, but to a new player who doesn't have that many unattached units it might. Agreed. Especially as someone who doesn't use rogues and changes the unit composition...

It was MooingCat's, who recommended playing around 75% easy and 25% hard decks. He did also say that playing roughly 50% easy and 50% medium decks was possible to obtain the fully levelled building with the help of some ability cards.

I usually look up guides for events and did the same for this event. The guide recommended a mix of easy and hard decks. Only doing easy decks wouldn't result in enough grand prize progress. You don't have enough event currency to only do hard decks. So I'm sceptical that anyone got the fully...

What league did you end up in though? My placement is similar to @KrazyKat23 and I too am 1 upgrade short. Finishing in Bronze (top 20%) and not having all the upgrades isn't great to say the least.
