Messages where, here on the forum that I only check when there's something wrong with the game and I need to go see if it's been reported or if anything can be done about it, or when they slam us with a new release that doesn't work or a surprise update like message center? or maybe an email that went into my SPAM folder in the middle of Covid since spam has increased about 10 fold?

Why don't you read what I said - there could have been an in-game message about this since they do it for facebook and instagram contests, even forum contests, why not send us a notifier about their own forum switching over. If I had seen one, I would have done it.
