Can someone tell me what the %+ of attack and defence are based on in Quantum? I have +50% in one city, +120% in another, and 0 in the third.

Maybe there's a description of this somewhere, or a topic - I couldn't find it

Which ones? Two roughly identical cities have different rates. In the other stronger city - zero

Tourney Grounds and Forgotten Temple,while Active, give QI boosts.

Yggdrasil, Shinto Temple, Royal Bathhouse, Sun Temple, Mughal Temple and the Stage of the Sacred Instruments at max level - and ONLY at max level - also give QI Boosts.

Decorations in your QI settlement provide QI boosts.

That's all - currently nothing else gives QI boosts.

For your information these are the lists of Buildings which have boosts which are specifically for QI

Red (MAX available 175%/175%)
forgotten temple - 50% both
tourney ground - 25% both
Settlement rewards, they split red defense/attack, adds to 70/70% of both
Royal Bathhouse - 20% both
Yggdrasil - 0%/50%
Sun Temple - 50%/0%
Sacred Instruments - 30%/0%

Blue (MAX available 175%/175%)
forgotten temple - 50% both
tourney ground - 25% both
Settlement rewards, they split blue defense/attack, adds to 100/100% of both
Shinto temple - 20%/40%
Royal Bathhouse - 20%/60%
Mughal's temple - 60%/0%

I added the latest Polynesian building Sacred Instruments even though it is unlikely anyone will have the full building for a little while
