Anyone here currently using photon browser on IOS or Android? I tried on Android and it didn't work, a friend tried paid version on ipad and had no luck either. Any tips on how to get photon or any other way to access GVG from mobile?

It looks like what ever little GvG I can do now is being lost :(

It’s happened. No more Puffin. Has anyone found an alternative that works?

With the arrival of HTML5 you can play on every phone using a basic Chrome browser, but, it is still unstable and pretty much still unplayable. So, you can stick to Puffin for now, until they finally make HTML5 completely stable on mobile phones

I'm not able to play on chrome browser on phone.
It just keeps directing me to the app, the login box is blank on the browser.

You need to force desktop version of FoE site. To do so, tap on three dots and check "Version for PC" or something like that

I think it may have changed since you last used it
I don’t see any way of doing this on an iPad/iPhone

This is what is supposed to work:
1. Make sure you are using the chrome browser.
2. Type in foe url (eg https://us0.forgeofempires.com/ )
3. Click on three dots at end of line with url ...
4. Scroll down and select “use desktop version” (or something like that)

I did get to the desktop html version, but my city was blacked out...

I tried Firefox and chrome. Neither version provided city images or maps. Only feature that was useful, that’s not in the app is the guild chat.
Sent message to inno support.
